Please allow time for both production and delivery.
Processing Time
All garments are made to order in Germany.
Production takes approximately 5 business days before shipment.

Shipping: €7
Delivery: 3 business days
European Union
Shipping: €16
Delivery: 3–5 business days
United States
Shipping: €40
Delivery: 5–9 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and external factors.
Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, including the United States, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and may be collected upon delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

returns & refunds
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing any reason.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.
As each piece is made to order, we encourage thoughtful purchasing.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Maison Ode cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
